Senior DevOps Support Engineer (REF4847T)
Role Overview: Support and operate a fully managed, cloud-native DevOps platform (SaaS) using best-of-breed tools. Work in a collaborative, agile team to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the DOaaS platform using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki. Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and automation workflows. Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot customer environments in Docker & Kubernetes. Resolve customer issues, apply patches, and ensure system stability. Configure Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) systems and containerized applications. Manage network services: Nginx, Ingress, Load Balancers, TCP/UDP/SSL/TLS/DNS/HTTP.
