Location - Remote

Responsibilities:

Salesforce CPQ Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into CPQ solutions, and configure Salesforce CPQ accordingly.
Configuration: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and product configuration processes.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.).
Documentation: Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation, including process flows, data models, and system designs.
Testing: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
User Training: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively utilize Salesforce CPQ.
Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues, identify and address system performance bottlenecks, and provide ongoing support to users.
Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ best practices, new features, and enhancements to continually improve system functionality and efficiency.
