Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO at Mall of Asia, Pasay)Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related business course
At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services (End-to-End General Accounting, US GAAP)
Proven experience in preparing Financial Statements
Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Credit
Fund Accounting background is a plus
Strong communication skills
Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify client reports, reconcile financial discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of financial records
Monitor portfolio quality, manage client transitions, and reconcile funding requests to detect and address irregularities
Train new hires, assist with daily operations, and collaborate on process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Provide backup support during associate absences and assist leadership with special projects and report reviews
Regularly engage with leadership to propose and implement operational efficiency improvements
