Property Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple short-term rental properties
  • Manage calendars, bookings, and guest communication with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers seamlessly
  • Ensure consistently high ratings and memorable guest experiences

Revenue & Performance Optimization

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance
  • Continuously optimize listings and operational workflows for peak performance

Systems & Automation

  • Leverage Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline operations
  • Automate guest communication and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate and real-time operational data

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to local and international short-term rental regulations
  • Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and enhance efficiency
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and brand standards across all properties

👤 Who You Are

Required Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools
  • Knowledge of European rental regulations (especially Spain)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
