Respond to inquiries and support customers with general service-related questions.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during every interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native proficiency).
Good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple digital tools.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
