Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager, Data, Audiences and Measurement to own Fetch’s end-to-end ads measurement strategy. This is a highly strategic, externally-facing role at the intersection of measurement, commerce media, and advertiser data products.

You’ll define how Fetch measures the impact of advertising across our platform and beyond: setting the standards for event tracking and attribution, owning our incrementality testing strategy, managing third-party measurement partnerships, and driving our off-platform measurement capabilities through DSP integrations and identity partnerships. You’ll also shape how Fetch’s unique data assets are packaged and delivered to partners through clean rooms, data sharing products, and data licensing.

This role sits at the core of Fetch’s Retail Media Network, and you’ll be a key voice in how we continue to build credibility and scale with advertisers, agencies, and measurement partners.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do:

  • Refine and expand Fetch's sellable data strategy determining how our unique data assets are packaged, governed, and monetized through clean rooms, data sharing products, APIs, and insights platforms.
  • Own Fetch's programmatic strategy, including DSP integrations that enable advertisers to target Fetch audiences and utilize transaction-level measurement.
  • Expand on Fetch's attribution strategy, assessing when and how to incorporate signals beyond redemptions to more fully capture conversion value.
  • Own Fetch's event standardization and tracking frameworks ensuring ads are tracked consistently and correctly across formats and surfaces.
  • Lead incrementality testing strategy, including geo lift, holdout design, and causal measurement methods — evaluating and evolving our current approach.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Operations to align on priorities, make trade-offs, and drive execution.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Business Development to evaluate and build partnerships across the measurement and commerce media ecosystem.
  • Serve as Fetch's internal measurement expert, setting standards, educating stakeholders, and representing our measurement capabilities externally with partners and advertisers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in ad tech with a strong focus on measurement, attribution, or advertiser data products.
  • Deep knowledge of ads measurement  including event taxonomies, attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and conversion frameworks.
  • Experience working with third-party measurement and verification partners such as IAS, DoubleVerify, Nielsen, Kantar, or Circana.
  • Familiarity with DSP integrations, programmatic advertising, and off-platform measurement, understanding how audiences are targeted and measured beyond owned surfaces.
  • Working knowledge of identity solutions and how they enable audience targeting and measurement at scale.
  • Experience with data sharing and data licensing products, clean rooms, insights APIs, partner-facing data delivery.
  • Proven ability to set strategy, make trade-offs, and drive alignment across engineering, analytics, product, sales, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity,  able to define problem spaces, create structure, and drive execution with limited guidance.
  • Strong communication skills for internal teams as well as external partners, vendors, and advertisers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
