Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, hardware, and software.
Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Hands-on experience with server administration, cloud computing, and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IT security best practices, firewalls, and antivirus software.
Familiarity with data backup solutions, disaster recovery, and system restore procedures.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
