About the Role\n\nPlayson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial department.\n\nAs an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships\n\n* Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives\n\n* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfaction\n\n* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings\n\n* Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives\n\n* Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements\n\n* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels\n\n* Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars\n\n* Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times\n\nRequirements\n\n* Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector\n* Proficiency in English.
