We have recently launched an AI Advisory arm, where the new team members will join.

We are looking for a mid-to-senior data professional who can operate across both data engineering and data science.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data models across projects
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting systems
Develop and deploy classical machine learning models (e.g. regression, classification, clustering)
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation across multiple sources
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and opportunities
Create automated reporting and analytics workflows
Work across varied use cases (e.g. growth analytics, operations optimization, fraud detection, forecasting)

Core Requirements

3–7+ years experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics
Strong proficiency in: Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
SQL
Experience with Power BI (must-have)
Solid understanding of classical machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, decision trees, clustering, time-series)
Experience building data pipelines / ETL workflows
Strong data modeling and analytical thinking
Conversational Russian

Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Experience with dbt / Prefect or similar tools
Exposure to modern data stack tools
Experience with maritime logistics / shipping data
