Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via email, chat, and phone, handling inquiries about advertising campaigns, billing, and account management.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and nontechnical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Offer strategic advice for advertisers on campaign setup, optimization, and management.
  • Clearly explain advertising policies and compliance guidelines.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on the platforms advertising tools, products, and updates.

️ Working Schedule

  • 5 days per week, 8hours per day.
  • Rotational shifts, MondaySunday, 07:0022:00.
  • Flexibility within these hours is essential.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Native or nearnative Italian (C2).
  • Good English skills (B2 minimum).
  • Strong customerfocus and empathetic communication style.
  • Interest in online marketing and comfort with digital tools.
  • Eligible to work in Portugal/EU or willing to relocate.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, tech support, or digital marketing/sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
