Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via email, chat, and phone, handling inquiries about advertising campaigns, billing, and account management.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and nontechnical issues quickly and effectively.
- Offer strategic advice for advertisers on campaign setup, optimization, and management.
- Clearly explain advertising policies and compliance guidelines.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Stay up to date on the platforms advertising tools, products, and updates.
️ Working Schedule
- 5 days per week, 8hours per day.
- Rotational shifts, MondaySunday, 07:0022:00.
- Flexibility within these hours is essential.
Requirements
Essential:
- Native or nearnative Italian (C2).
- Good English skills (B2 minimum).
- Strong customerfocus and empathetic communication style.
- Interest in online marketing and comfort with digital tools.
- Eligible to work in Portugal/EU or willing to relocate.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, tech support, or digital marketing/sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
