We are hiring 1 - 2 new grads (0 to 1 years of experience) to join us in NYC as a Growth & Operations Analyst starting summer 2026.
We raised a $2.5M+ seed from YCombinator and other exceptional investors, grew from 0 to 100+ customers in 3 months, and have grown revenue by more than 5x since the start of the year.
We are solving one of the most challenging and valuable problems in the economy: insurance for businesses with complex risk, a $100B+ market in the US alone.
We are a team of 3 working in-person in NYC: this is not a traditional role, you will work directly with the founders and a cracked founding team. We work 5-6 days a week in-person.
James Chen (Co-Founder, CEO): Previously created and led the Enterprise function at Traba. Ex-BCG and UChicago. Former debate champion ranked #1 in the US out of 10,000.
Bryant Le (Co-Founder, CTO): Previously engineering at Google and SentiLink (Series B, a16z). Vanderbilt Applied Math/CS.
David Mason (Head of Growth): Previously consulting at BCG (PE due diligences), former founder, Yale graduate.

As Growth & Operations Analyst, your scope will span sales, operations, and customer success from inception through renewal:
Own inbound sales: speak to prospects, qualify them, close them
Own brokerage operations work: collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to obtain terms and place insurance coverages
Own customer success: serve as the main point of contact for our clients from onboarding through renewal
