Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread blog posts, articles, newsletters, technical documents, user manuals, white papers, case studies, technical guides, and other content for our website and social media channels.
  • Develop content that is clear, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Create content that aligns with the companys brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate content ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the IT industry.
  • Brainstorm and develop new content ideas that will engage our target audience.
  • Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies.
  • Experience writing for the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and digital marketing principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
  • Experience with social media management and content promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Blog Writer, or similar role for an IT company.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and informative content tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Overall experience in between 5-8 years.
