Job Description

1. Located at  Vietnam facility;
2. Able to work under pressure and achieve high levels of performance;
3. Support Design Engineer requirements for Quotation, Sample, Drawing, Alternative requirements at NPI stage.
4. Proposal alternatives to RD to reduce the supply risks.
5. Defining the new part Commodity Code, HT code…Item Master info;
6. Supplier Awarding per SCD meeting.
7. Set up Purchasing info record and Source list in system.
8. Compare the material costs, labor costs and overhead cost of all competing suppliers as listed on their cost-breakdown sheet for Fabric parts.
9. Compare cost Matrix and marketing price to reach the conclusion that a price is fair and reasonable
10. Develop and maintain supplier management programs to support the supply chain develop objection.
11. Provide sample and documents for part First Article Inspection, work for caton, box, foam with VN local supplier.
12. Training new suppliers understand the company's Quality, Delivery, Finance requirements
13. Interface with cross-function teams to assess current and future sourcing requirements
14. Tooling Cost Review and Awarding & follow up tooling management process
15. Support Finance Yearly Tooling stock take
16. Other Jobs assigned by the managers

Qualifications

1. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Able to work under pressure and achieve high levels of performance.
4. Experience in SAP system.
5. Good at excel, PPT and outlook…office software
