We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Quantitative Trader to join our trading team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are passionate about financial markets, data-driven decision-making, and algorithmic trading strategies. As a Quant Trader, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and executing systematic trading strategies across asset classes, leveraging quantitative models and advanced statistical techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement quantitative trading strategies using statistical models and algorithmic techniques.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, pricing inefficiencies, and trading signals using large datasets.
- Analyze high-frequency and historical market data to identify profitable opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers and data scientists to optimize trading systems and execution algorithms.
- Monitor live trading strategies, evaluate performance, and make data-driven adjustments to improve returns.
- Manage risk by implementing robust risk controls, position sizing models, and portfolio optimization techniques.
- Continuously refine models by incorporating new data sources, machine learning techniques, and market insights.
- Ensure trading strategies comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in quantitative trading, algorithmic trading, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including equities, derivatives, FX, or commodities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for strategy development and backtesting.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative methods including statistics, probability, linear algebra, and time-series analysis.
- Experience with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in trading is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Understanding of market microstructure and execution strategies is preferred.

Education
