Work Setup: Amenable to working on-site during training (2-3 months), Hybrid work arrangement after training

Location: McKinley West, Taguig

Shift: Night Shift

Schedule: Weekends Off

Nature of Work: Voice

Requirements:

• Any College Degree is required.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services/financial/banking account (Global Support BPO or Shared Services).
• Metrics/KPIs: Preferably with experience handling/monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
