We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring initiatives across multiple locations including Kolkata, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Mumbai. This role is focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong emphasis on mass hiring and sales recruitment. You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring quality talent at scale. Working closely with business leaders and stakeholders, you will ensure hiring aligns with organizational goals, timelines, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Drive mass hiring initiatives across multiple roles and locations
  • Handle sales recruitment with a focus on hiring target-driven candidates
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networks
  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans
  • Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment systems or trackers
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates
  • Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and engagement

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment
  • Exposure to sales hiring or similar target-driven roles
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and CRM systems
