We are seeking a Medior IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in supporting daily IT operations and ensuring a reliable and secure IT environment. The role involves hands-on administration, user support, and contributing to the efficient operation of modern workplace technologies.

The ideal candidate has solid technical experience, a proactive mindset, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will be involved in troubleshooting complex issues, supporting cloud and on-prem environments, and contributing to process improvements, while ensuring adherence to IT security and data protection best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and management of Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and related admin portals
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device and policy management
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory (on-premises and hybrid environments)
  • Monitoring and security management using Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
  • Management of Apple Business Manager and integration with enterprise environments
  • Scripting and automation using PowerShell
  • Administration of Windows Server environments and infrastructure
  • Virtualization management using Hyper-V
  • Implementation and maintenance of device compliance and configuration policies
  • Management of Azure resources, including deployment, configuration, and optimization
  • Oversight of Microsoft licensing structures and optimization of license usage

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), including troubleshooting and administration
  • Solid, practical knowledge of Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including user lifecycle, access control, and conditional access policies
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory in both on-premises and hybrid environments, including synchronization (Azure AD Connect)
  • Confident experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows client and Windows Server environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring, alert handling, and basic incident response
  • Ability to independently investigate, analyze, and escalate security incidents when required
  • Good understanding of IT security best practices and enterprise security principles
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices (provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning)
  • Practical experience with Apple Business Manager and integration with MDM solutions is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure resource management, including deployment, configuration, and basic optimization of services
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure components
  • Solid PowerShell scripting skills, with experience automating administrative and operational tasks
  • Ability to improve efficiency through scripting and process automation
  • Good understanding of Microsoft licensing models, with the ability to review and optimize license usage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle more complex technical issues independently
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment
