REQUIREMENTS

Fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Experience as a Business Analyst in Finance, Accounting, Billing, or similar domains.
Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes (AR, invoicing, payments, dunning, reconciliation).
Initial experience or strong interest in SAP system configuration / customizing.
Experience working in an SAP environment (FI knowledge required; FI-CA exposure is a strong plus).
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Willingness and ability to learn SAP FI-CA configuration and grow into a consultant role.
Good communication skills, especially when working with French-speaking stakeholders.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Structured, proactive, and eager to develop technical SAP expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a Business Analyst with hands-on configuration responsibilities within a SAP finance landscape, with focus on SAP FI-CA–related business processes.
Analyze and document finance business requirements (billing, invoicing, payments, dunning, reconciliation) and translate them into functional specifications and system configuration.
Perform SAP system configuration under guidance of senior consultants, including customizing of finance-related settings.
Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP FI-CA solutions.
Serve as a key interface between French-speaking business stakeholders and SAP technical teams.
Facilitate and participate in workshops to understand business needs and validate SAP solutions.
Prepare and execute test cases, support UAT, and ensure business requirements are correctly implemented.
Assist in incident resolution, change requests, and system improvements.
Maintain functional and configuration documentation.
Gradually take ownership of solution areas, growing into a full SAP Finance / FI-CA Consultant role.
