DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with EXN’s channel partners. This role serves as the main liaison between the company and its partners, driving joint business growth, ensuring partner enablement, and aligning channel activities with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel sales strategies, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully managing partnerships that drive revenue

This role will report to Regional Manager

As the Chann****el Account Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with EXN’s channel partners.

  • Develop and implement joint business plans to meet sales and revenue objectives.

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs and tools to ensure partners are knowledgeable and effective.

  • Identify gaps in partner coverage and recommend strategic solutions to close those gaps.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to support channel success.

  • Oversee the full partner sales cycle, from opportunity identification to order fulfillment and invoicing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Chann****el Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships would be advantageous.

  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the tech or telecom sector – preferably cyber security.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing channel strategies and growing partner revenue.

  • Experience with sales process management, revenue forecasting, and gross margin optimization.

  • Deep understanding of partner/channel sales models.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage margins and pricing strategies.
