We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst with strong expertise in Cisco Systems Meraki solutions to design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-managed networking, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across distributed environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage networks using Cisco Meraki products (MX, MS, MR, MV). Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs (site-to-site & client VPN), VLANs, and routing. Monitor network performance using the Meraki Dashboard and third-party tools. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks. Implement network security policies, including IDS/IPS, content filtering, and access control. Manage wireless networks, including SSIDs, RF optimization, and guest access. Perform firmware upgrades, backups, and documentation of network changes. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for incident resolution and infrastructure upgrades. Ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in network administration or analysis. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki cloud-managed solutions. Solid understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basic knowledge); Firewall configuration and VPN technologies. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Familiarity with network security best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS). Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud like AWS/Azure). Knowledge of scripting/automation (Python, APIs). Exposure to SD-WAN concepts.
