We are seeking a driven, results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team. In this role you'll be responsible working closely with newly acquired clients to ensure a successful and powerful introduction to OFX's platform and solutions. The Client Success Manager will educate, train and provide exceptional guidance on how the client can best utilize the new product(s) that they have purchased. You will consistently demonstrate how OFX products and services can provide an opportunity for better business money management, financial operations and spend control. As a seasoned Client Success Manager, you have a demonstrated ability to build relationships, anticipate client needs, and resolve complex issues efficiently.
