We are seeking for an experienced Automation QA Automation Engineer. JE is a client-focused organization that thrives in a dynamic, Agile environment. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts for UI and API testing
Utilize SQL queries for comprehensive data validation and database testing
Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks
Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure their resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage
Document test processes, results, defects, and other test-related artifacts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
At least 3 years in a QA or similar role, demonstrating a strong track record in test automation and quality assurance
Expertise in test automation using Selenium or Playwright. Experience with .NET is highly regarded
Proficient in using Postman for API testing
Capable of conducting SQL queries for effective database testing and skilled in UI testing
Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for project management and defect tracking
Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and agile development principles
Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members

The preferred candidate must have:

Demonstrated ability to understand client needs deeply and translate them into effective testing strategies
Proven ability to work efficiently in an Agile development environment, showing flexibility and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
