Program Structure You will rotate through three key marketing functions, spending approximately 3-4 months in each:
- Digital Marketing: Master data-driven campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), email marketing, and performance analytics. Learn to optimize funnels and drive measurable ROI.
- Brand & Product Marketing: Dive into the heart of our brand strategy. Participate in market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional campaign development.
- Influencer & Community Marketing: Lead the charge in building authentic connections. Help manage influencer partnerships, creator campaigns, and community engagement strategies that build brand loyalty and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute key project components within each marketing pillar, with measurable outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, and Product Development.
- Present findings, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to mentors and senior leadership.
- Continuously seek out new marketing tools, trends, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We Look For (Qualifications)
- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Proven Drive: An inherently aggressive and goal-oriented mindset. You are self-starting, competitive, and obsessed with achieving and exceeding targets.
