We automate storyboarding, scripting, media sourcing, and editing so teams and creators can produce high-quality videos at scale. We serve professional users — internal communications, training, sales, and marketing teams — as well as individual creators and small businesses worldwide.

About the Role

We’re hiring a creative, strategic Growth Marketing Manager to own our brand voice and drive engagement across social, email, community, affiliates, and light paid channels.

You’ll connect with our users, spotlight creators, and shape how millions of people discover and use VideoGen by owning storytelling, social strategy, community programs, and occasional on-camera content. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative content and data-driven growth — you’ll run campaigns end-to-end, work closely with the founding team, and own monthly performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing:
Plan and send newsletters, product updates, and promotional campaigns to 2M+ VideoGen users. Build and optimize automated email flows, improving deliverability, engagement, and conversions.

Content Creation:
Plan, create, and publish content across major social channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X) and email. Collaborate with a video editor/designer to produce high-quality content quickly.

Community Building:
Engage with users through discussions, webinars, Q&As, user stories, and feedback loops. Foster a strong, user-centric community and highlight customer successes.

Influencer & Media Partnerships:
Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate with influencers, affiliates, and media partners. Manage a $10k/month partnerships budget and track results.

On-Camera Content:
Host occasional webinars, AMAs, tutorials, or feature walkthroughs to support education and community initiatives.

Paid Acquisition (Light):
Manage a small, straightforward Google Ads budget focused on basic search and brand campaigns. Maintain consistent performance and ensure efficient spend.

Reporting & Analytics:
Produce clear monthly breakdowns of organic and paid marketing performance across email, social, community, partnerships, and ads. Identify insights and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Marketing Skills
Strong experience across email, social, and community marketing, with the ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns. Solid understanding of email automation, segmentation, and experimentation. Comfortable managing straightforward Google Ads campaigns and supporting influencer, affiliate, and media partner initiatives.

Analytical Skills
Able to track performance across all channels, interpret data clearly, and create monthly marketing reports with actionable insights. Confident using analytics tools such as GA4, platform insights, and email performance dashboards.

Creative & Production Skills
Skilled in writing, storytelling, and shaping content ideas. Able to work closely with video editors and designers to guide creative direction and produce high-quality assets efficiently. Understands short-form and long-form video formats.

Soft Skills
Excellent communication and organization, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage projects end-to-end. Comfortable working quickly in a fast-moving environment and appearing on camera for webinars, demos, or walkthroughs.

Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, video editing workflows, or experience in SaaS products.
