The Brand Ambassador role is all about bringing the energy and excitement to our strategic partner events and activations while helping young people discover awesome earning and learning opportunities through the sayouth.mobi platform. If you love connecting with people, getting out there, and being part of something meaningful — this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

You'll be at the heart of the action, supporting the planning and roll-out of exciting events like roadshows, conferences, and exhibitions. This includes everything from coordinating logistics and handling email correspondence to getting our marketing collateral out there and making sure the brand shines.

A big part of your role will be championing sayouth.mobi — onboarding new users onto the platform and being that go-to person for young job seekers who need a little guidance and support. You'll also help put together reports that capture the real insights and stories coming out of our events, and you'll play a key role in spotting new opportunities to collaborate with our strategic partners.

On top of that, you'll support the rollout of the Youth Voices Programme and other initiatives that are all about opening doors for young people.

What You'll Need

A Matric or Grade 12 certificate is required, and you should be comfortable communicating in English — both in writing and in person. Knowing a second language is a big plus! You'll need at least a year of experience working in a youth or partner-facing environment and a genuine passion for engaging with people. We're looking for someone who's positive, proactive, and brings the energy to get things done. This role involves a fair amount of national travel, so a valid driver's licence would be a bonus.
