Our People:

People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging.  Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology.  6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers.  We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.

About the Role :

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Integrations to own and evolve our integration ecosystem, including all data ingress and egress pipelines and third‑party partner integrations. This role is critical to how our platform connects with the broader enterprise technology landscape and delivers reliable, secure, and scalable data flows for our customers and partners.

You will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations across CRM, MAP, data providers, and partner platforms—balancing customer needs, platform scalability, security, and delivery velocity. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, product judgment, and cross‑functional leadership.

What You’ll Do :

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for all ingress and egress data pipelines and third‑party integrations
  • Define a scalable and extensible integration platform strategy that supports current partners and future ecosystem growth
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, partner demand, platform health, and business objectives
  • Represent integrations as a first‑class product surface, not just “connectors”

Execution & Delivery :

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integration initiatives—from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration
  • Drive technically complex efforts such as:
    • OAuth‑based authentication and authorization
    • Webhooks, APIs, batch and real‑time data pipelines
    • Partner‑specific data contracts, schemas, and sync models

  • Translate customer, partner, and internal needs into clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics
  • Partner closely with engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver work with a high bar for quality and reliability

Partner & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Act as the product point of contact for key technology partners and integration stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partnerships, customer success, and sales to support new integrations and expansions
  • Ensure integrations meet partner technical requirements while aligning with platform standards and long‑term architecture

Platform Quality, Security & Scale

  • Drive consistency, reliability, and observability across all integration pipelines
  • Partner with security and infra teams to ensure integrations meet authentication, authorization, and compliance standards
  • Identify and address scalability, performance, and operational risks proactively

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Partnerships, Support, and Go‑To‑Market teams
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders about tradeoffs, timelines, and outcomes
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and product leader for integrations across the company

What We’re Looking For :

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of technical or platform products
  • Deep experience building and managing thirdparty integrations and data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of:
    • APIs (REST, webhooks)
    • OAuth and authentication/authorization models
    • Data sync patterns (batch vs. real‑time, inbound vs. outbound)

  • Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional roadmaps with many stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing detailed product requirements
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM marketing, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.)
  • Background working on B2B SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise products
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks, SDKs, or platform‑as‑a‑product models
  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems or marketplace integrations
  • Comfort working closely with senior engineering leaders on architecture and tradeoffs
  • Background in the revenue technology, ABM, or sales intelligence space.
  • Exposure to compliance and data privacy requirements in enterprise software (GDPR, DNC, RBAC, SSO/SAML).

Why This Role Matters

Integrations are foundational to our product and customer value. In this role, you’ll:

  • Own some of the most technically complex and business‑critical areas of the platform
  • Shape how customers and partners experience our ecosystem
  • Directly impact revenue, retention, and scalability in a high visibility role
  • Work at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and execution
