Field Service Representative South West & South Central England

Diversey is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair dosing and dispensing equipment, provide on‑site training, and ensure customers get the best possible performance from our products and solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver service support to Strategic and National Key Accounts in line with service plans and contract requirements

  • Work closely with National and Internal Account Teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality service across customer sites

  • Carry out simple installations, preventative maintenance, technical training, audits, and product demonstrations

  • Monitor product consumption and competitor usage during site visits

  • Maintain accurate calibration and equipment performance

  • Report findings to relevant site personnel and identify customer needs, including up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities

  • Reduce equipment downtime using remote diagnostic tools

  • Log all service activities in Salesforce (Youreka) for accurate reporting and visibility

  • Support onboarding and rollout of new business wins to ensure a smooth customer experience

Experience

  • Experience servicing customers and maintaining equipment

  • Proven track record of delivering service excellence

  • Territory experience is an advantage

  • Experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry is desirable

  • Full UK driving licence
