Talent Solutions Specialist
About the Role
The Talent Solutions Specialist (TSS) is responsible for leveraging our In-Office Bench to close deals. You will move recruitment from the "back-end" to the "front-line," joining sales demos to provide instant talent validation, showcasing our managed office environment, and ensuring that every $200 deposit is backed by a "ready-to-work" human match.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Sales Call Participation: Join AE demos on-demand to act as the "Technical Talent Expert." You will answer "Who do you have?" by introducing specific Bench VAs sitting in the office
- The "Visual Proof": Physically walk to a VA’s desk or pull them onto your camera during a live Zoom to demonstrate our Managed Office quality and security
- Real-Time Vetting: Verify client requirements (tech skills, shift times, language) during the demo to ensure the AE sells a "hirable" role
- Idle Bench Talent Management: Maintain a "Live Talent List" of VAs in the office. Ensure every Bench VA is camera-ready and has a 60-second video intro for AEs to screen-share.
- Momentum Locking: Hard-schedule "Chemistry Checks" between the prospect and a Bench VA before the sales call ends.
- Feasibility Guardrail: Provide real-time feedback on whether a prospect’s requirements are realistic for our current bench or if a custom search is required.
Key Activities
1. Participating in Sales Activities & Demos
Live Pull-ins: Act as the "On-Call" expert during sales demos. When an AE pings, you join the Zoom/Meet to discuss specific talent availability and demonstrate our office-managed quality
Bench Showcasing: Physically introduce Bench VAs to prospects during live calls to build immediate trust and "Chemistry Checks."
Feasibility Guardrail: Provide real-time feedback on whether a prospect’s requirements are realistic for our current bench or if a custom search is required
2. Bench VA Talent Management
Daily Bench Report: Own and distribute the "Daily Hot Sheet" to the Sales team, highlighting the top 5 "Ready-to-Deploy" VAs currently in the office
Digital Gallery Management: Ensure every VA on the bench has a high-quality resume/CV and a 60-second video introduction for AEs to use as sales collateral
Bench Engagement: Keep Bench VAs "Camera-Ready" and briefed on active sales leads so they can jump into a call with 60 seconds' notice
3. High-Velocity Matching
The "Zero-Day" Match: Aim to match a client with a Bench VA before they leave the sales call
Hand-off Accuracy: Translate the "vibe" and nuances of a sales call into a perfect internal brief for the Solutions Expert and the assigned VA
Scarcity Management: Communicate talent "sell-out" risks to AEs to help drive urgency and close deposits faster.
What Success Looks Like
- Deposit-to-Match Speed: Reducing the time between a $200 payment and the first "Meet the VA" call to under 24 hours
- Sales Conversion Rate: Increasing the AE close rate by providing "Live Proof" of talent.
- JRF Accuracy: 0% "Wrong Hire" complaints in the first 30 days of an account.
Requirements
- 2+ Years in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition: Specifically in high-volume or VA/BPO environments
- Sales Instincts: You must be comfortable "selling" a person’s skills and our company’s managed office model
- Professional Presence: Since you are a "face" of the company on Zoom calls, you must be articulate, high-energy, and professional
- Technical Literacy: Ability to quickly understand client "Tech Stacks" (CRMs, PM tools, AI) to match them with the right VA skill sets
- On-Site Presence: Must be physically in the office to interact with the Bench VAs and show the facility to prospects
