We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Broker Support professional to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions across AU/NZ commercial clients, while providing key support to Brokers and Account Managers.With a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery, you will assist in preparing quotes, submissions, and insurer presentations, as well as reviewing policy documentation to ensure coverage aligns with client needs. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth communication between brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders, helping ensure high-quality service and efficient placement outcomes.
Position: Commercial Insurance Broker Support
Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: AU/NZ business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)
Holidays: TBD
Responsibilities:
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and new business processing with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare quotes, submissions, and insurer market presentations
- Review policy wordings and identify coverage gaps, inconsistencies, or risks
- Issue certificates of currency and other client documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within broker management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, Insight, WinBEAT)
- Liaise with Australian brokers and insurers to support placement and ongoing servicing
- Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial client portfolios
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in insurance broking or underwriting support
Direct exposure to the Australian/New Zealand insurance market is essential
Strong experience across:
Commercial Lines (including packages / ISR)
Professional Indemnity (PI)
Management Liability / Directors & Officers (D&O)
Cyber Insurance
Solid understanding of policy structures, coverage triggers, and exclusions
Hands-on experience with broker management systems such as Applied Epic, Insight, WinBEAT, or similar
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong understanding of the financial impact of policy errors
Ability to manage multiple renewals, deadlines, and competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills aligned with Australian clients and insurers
Comfortable working with complex policy documentation in a fast-paced environment
