Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales of mechanics departments
- Manage staff and assign duties of the car shop.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies in the car mechanic shop.
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Several years of related mechanical customer service manager experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
