Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot)

We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to own and optimize CRM across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll be the go-to HubSpot expert, ensuring the platform runs like a well-oiled machine, empowering teams to hit goals faster.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and keep it running at peak performance.

  • Build workflows, automations, and lead routing/enrichment to deliver the right data to the right people.

  • Configure pipelines, deal stages, and notifications to streamline sales processes.

  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into key KPIs.

  • Manage marketing workflows and newsletters, ensuring segmentation, template quality, and deliverability.

  • Keep CRM data accurate and lifecycle stages updated.

  • Integrate HubSpot with tools like Aircall, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and more.

  • Train and onboard team members, enabling them to use HubSpot effectively.

  • 2–5 years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or HubSpot Admin (SaaS/B2B preferred).

  • Proven HubSpot expertise — workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting.

  • Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lifecycle stages, and customer journeys.

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement.

  • Comfortable integrating HubSpot with other tools to boost GTM performance.

  • A proactive, resourceful, startup mindset.
