This role is essential for expanding the network of professional hosts, engaging new business opportunities, and delivering a high‑quality onboarding experience to prospective partners. Responsibilities
Outreach & Acquisition: Identify, research, and engage high‑potential hosts and partners through outbound calls, emails, and other channels. Deliver consultative pitches, tailor solutions, and guide prospects through onboarding.
Relationship Building: Build trust with decision‑makers, explain platform features and market trends, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience with excellent customer service.
Pipeline Management: Advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, meet or exceed KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot). Share insights and recommendations based on client interactions.
Collaboration & Improvement: Work closely with territory teams and internal stakeholders, participate in continuous training, share best practices, and contribute to process optimization.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (travel, property, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred).
C2 German and C1 English.
Proven success exceeding sales targets in fast‑paced environments.
Experience in outbound sales and managing high‑volume pipelines.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Strong communication, presentation, organization, and multitasking skills.
Resilient, coachable, ambitious, and highly professional, with strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Full‑time position (39h/week) based in Barcelona.
Office‑based role with potential evolution to hybrid.
Salary of 24.310 € gross/year + up to 4.290 € gross/year in performance bonus
