DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team at Exclusive Networks, for a permament contract. This is a process driven role that requires a high level of attention to detail, working in a busy, high-volume environment. As one of the Accounts Payable Specialists, you will process invoices, payment runs and expenses, whilst developing relationships with internal and external teams.

You will be part of both the Spanish accounting team - at the office in Madrid - and the French Accounts Payable team located in France (Paris). This position is a nearshore position servicing the French subsidiary Exclusive Networks SAS.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

Check and verify invoices received.
Process and code a high volume of supplier invoices.
Analyse and reconcile Statement of Accounts sent by suppliers.
Prepare payment campaigns according to Statement of Accounts and due date invoices.
Analyse and reconcile the GRNI account for your scope.
Liaise with suppliers, auditors, other departments (ADV, sales, etc.) as necessary.
Assist with the month end processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will:

Speak Spanish, French and English (conversation level)
Have at least 3 year’s Accounts Payables experience
Be analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills
Be a self-starter with the ability to use initiative whilst working independently and part of a team
Have strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work
Ability to pick up, understand and follow processes quickly
Good knowledge and ability with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Core is a plus
