You are the custodian of space for Mondelēz International products in all our retail environments. To implement our snacking vision and to drive category growth, you provide comprehensive reviews and make category-led recommendations. You ensure that retail and space expertise influence the right decisions on new packaging, shelf, and fixture layout to maximize Mondelēz International distribution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
Category Strategy Execution:
Translate category strategies into customer strategies to support the sales teams.
Identify category growth opportunities across customers and channels.
Work closely with the Country CP Lead, key account managers (KAMs), and marketing teams to ensure category plans are aligned with business objectives.
Support the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key retailers.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support commercial discussions and negotiations.
Perfect Store:
Ensure optimal product assortment (MSL) and placement to maximize shelf efficiency and shopper engagement.
Support the execution of planograms and merchandising guidelines aligned with category strategies.
Provide recommendations for NPDs placement and portfolio reviews.
Provide strategy, continuous tracking and optimization of all PS KPIs, with relevant insights for sales
Keep updated clear set of rules for Sales Field force tracking process (shelf, products and secondary measurement)
Provide relevant objectives for all PS KPI to drive growth, quarterly updates
Ensure updated products catalog
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Monitor category sales performance, market share, and PS KPIs.
Utilize shopper insights and market data (e.g., Nielsen, IGD, internal data) to provide actionable recommendations.
Identify and address gaps between forecasted and actual category performance.
