At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Product Owner to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Act as the final authority on priorities, business value, and functionality within the Agile team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools with business process improvements
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, support sprint planning, and review deliverables
• Organize product demos and facilitate business acceptance of delivered features
• Support testing standards, progress reporting, communication, and defect resolution
• Contribute to project governance activities including planning, risk management, stakeholder mapping, and reporting

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master’s degree with at least 15 years or Bachelor's degree with at least 19 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Agile)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in meeting facilitation and 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office
• Proven track record as a Product Owner, with mandatory experience in the healthcare domain
• Strong expertise in CRM practices, stakeholder mapping, and customer segmentation analysis
• Experience in developing adoption dashboards and reports, along with knowledge of change management frameworks (PM² is a plus)
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner and ITIL Foundation (or equivalent)
• Fluency in English; Dutch (C1) and French (B1) would be considered as an advantage
