We seek a dynamic Operations Manager to join our web design and development agency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining our studio operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality digital projects.

SALARY: USD550-750/month (PHP30k-40k) DOE

Key Responsibilities

Project Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, projects, client communication, and continuous improvement. 
- Coordinate workflows between design, development, and client service teams
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all deliverables
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise web professionals, including designers and developers
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Process Management
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and workflows
- Streamline project management processes from initiation to delivery
- Establish and monitor KPIs for team performance
- Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations management, preferably in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of web development and design processes

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, especially HubSpot and ClickUp. 
- Working knowledge of web technologies and development frameworks
- Experience with resource planning and team management platforms
