We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations. This role involves managing end-to-end logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance and reduce logistics costs.
Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and company policies within logistics operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop a logistics team to meet company objectives.
Analyze logistics data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on process optimization and technology adoption.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts as needed

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role within logistics or supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary range: $84000 - $138000 (based on qualifications and experience)
