BlackStone eIT is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our innovative software development team. As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster professional growth and high-quality outcomes.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software applications.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and implementing modern development methodologies.
Manage project timelines, identify risks, and work proactively to resolve technical challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to BlackStone eIT’s technology stack.
Experience with cloud platforms, continuous integration/delivery, and agile development methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
