Responsibilities :

Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
Develop creative campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
Manage company's social media profiles to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Organize events and product exhibitions to promote the company and its products.
Analyze performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
