Email Growth Manager role focusing on conversion optimisation, experimentation and growth across Ruby Labs brands. Responsibilities include developing an experimentation roadmap, designing A/B/multivariate tests, analysing results, rolling out winning experiments, and monitoring competitor email strategies. Collaboration with Email Lead, Email Marketing Specialists, Marketing Director and Data Analysts. Tooling includes Customer.io and Mixpanel. Requirements include 3-5 years in email marketing, growth marketing, or CRO; experience with Customer.io or equivalents; proficiency with Mixpanel; strong understanding of A/B testing; English communication skills; experience with subscription-based or direct-to-consumer digital products.
