E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Coordinator (Remote) | Philippines
We are looking for a highly versatile E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Coordinator to act as the founder’s right hand for the US market.
You will help coordinate day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, fulfillment follow-up, reporting, customer communication, and partner coordination. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the founder professionally when interacting with retailers, agencies, and service providers.

Responsibilities:
Manage product listings across multiple sales channels
Add new products and update existing listings
Monitor which products are live on each marketplace and flag missing or incorrect listings
Track product comments and reviews across key sales channels
Coordinate fulfillment-related issues with the 3PL warehouse in New Jersey
Export returns data from Mirakl for Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s and prepare/import data into warehouse systems weekly
Periodically review inventory levels and provide replenishment feedback
Monitor and respond to customer and business communications, including sales inbox and Instagram messages
Support retailer communications with Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s on behalf of the founder when needed
Serve as a coordination point between the founder and external partners such as digital agencies, warehouse providers, and consultants
Help coordinate digital marketing, social media, blogs, and email marketing either directly or through an agency
Conduct competitor analysis for pricing, product development, and customer journey insights
Research Pinterest and market trends to support new product development ideas
Prepare sales analysis and reporting
Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities or issues
Turn insights into practical recommendations
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
2+ years of experience in E-commerce or marketplace operations
Experience supporting US-based clients, brands, or retailers
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
Experience managing product listings and catalog updates
Experience with Shopify and marketplace workflows
Ability to coordinate with 3PL warehouses, agencies, and service providers
Comfortable handling operational, administrative, and light commercial responsibilities
Ability to analyze sales data, competitors, and market trends
Experience handling customer communication and retailer/vendor emails
Ability to work across time zones and remain responsive during overlap hours
