We’re hiring a Test Automation Engineer to join a mission-driven engineering team operating at the intersection of biotech, data, and healthcare. You’ll focus on integration, system, and end-to-end testing of backend services that process complex, real-world clinical and biological data.

This is a hands-on automation role, embedded with backend engineers, where quality, reliability, and correctness directly impact patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain automated test suites using Python and PyTest

- Own integration, system, and end-to-end (E2E) testing for backend services

- Write and maintain REST API tests

- Test services across emulated, dev, staging, and production-like environments

- Validate data integrity using PostgreSQL / SQL

- Work closely with software engineers in Agile/Scrum teams

- Help identify and debug issues in distributed backend systems

Required Experience

- Experience as a Test Automation Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, or SDET

- Strong hands-on experience with Python + PyTest

- Experience with integration, system, and E2E testing

- Solid API testing experience (REST)

- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL / SQL

- Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers
