AI Governance & Change Specialist

Our AI Transformation Office is at the forefront of this change, and we are seeking a specialist to help operationalize our AI governance framework and support the people-side changes needed for smooth AI integration.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work to be based in either Houston or Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI Intake Process: Receive, log, and triage new AI initiative requests via ServiceNow; perform reviews for completeness and route to appropriate technical and legal reviewers.
- Support Governance Framework: Assist in conducting initial AI risk and impact screenings (e.g., bias, fairness, privacy) and maintain an accurate, up-to-date corporate AI inventory.
- Change Management & Literacy: Help develop communication materials and training content to build AI awareness and support upskilling activities across the organization.
- Operational Reporting: Monitor intake process efficiency (volume and turnaround times) and prepare status reports for leadership regarding pipeline activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with AITO, data governance, legal, and technology teams to ensure documentation aligns with responsible AI guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience in governance, change management, or process management or demonstrated equivalent experience and education.
- A strong interest in AI technologies, trends, and their organizational applications.
- Proven experience working within ServiceNow to manage ticketing, intake, or triage workflows.
- Experience supporting structured processes such as request forms, triage workflows, or risk checklists.
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AI Exposure: Direct experience supporting AI governance, AI ethics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Responsible AI Knowledge: Working knowledge of responsible AI concepts, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Large-Scale Experience: Experience working within a similarly large, complex, or global corporate environment.
