Core Responsibilities

  • Administer and support internal business systems to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Manage user access across systems, including password resets, role assignments, and periodic access reviews/audits.
  • Handle user account lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications) in line with security and compliance standards.
  • Monitor system usage and enforce organizational IT and security policies through proper governance controls.
  • Manage and resolve support requests using Freshdesk, ensuring timely response and resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, providing effective troubleshooting and user support.
  • Coordinate with global users to resolve access issues, login problems, and system-related queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, resolutions, and system changes for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar systems support or administration role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with ERP and order management systems such as NetSuite and Order Desk is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
