Core Responsibilities
- Administer and support internal business systems to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
- Manage user access across systems, including password resets, role assignments, and periodic access reviews/audits.
- Handle user account lifecycle management (provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications) in line with security and compliance standards.
- Monitor system usage and enforce organizational IT and security policies through proper governance controls.
- Manage and resolve support requests using Freshdesk, ensuring timely response and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, providing effective troubleshooting and user support.
- Coordinate with global users to resolve access issues, login problems, and system-related queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, resolutions, and system changes for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently pursuing or completed a Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar systems support or administration role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ERP and order management systems such as NetSuite and Order Desk is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
