We are looking for a Lead – Inside Sales to take full ownership of telecalling sales operations for loan products, driving end-to-end execution from lead conversion to final disbursal. This role focuses on managing and scaling a high-performing inside sales team, optimizing sales funnels, and ensuring strong conversion rates through disciplined processes and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in improving approval rates, reducing drop-offs, and aligning closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, has deep experience in loan sales or fintech distribution, and excels at driving performance through structured execution and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales/telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Drive loan disbursals, improve approval rates, and maximize conversion efficiency
- Design and implement calling strategies, scripts, and structured sales processes
- Train, coach, and mentor telecallers on product knowledge, eligibility criteria, and objection handling
- Monitor call quality, conduct audits, and enforce strong sales discipline
- Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inbound leads effectively into disbursed loans
- Work closely with product and operations teams to identify and reduce funnel drop-offs
- Track and analyze sales metrics to continuously optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with lender guidelines and maintain accurate sales practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of experience in fintech lending, loan distribution, or inside sales operations
- Proven track record of managing and scaling telecalling or inside sales teams
- Strong understanding of loan products, approval processes, and disbursal cycles
- Data-driven mindset with strong command over sales funnels and performance metrics
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities to drive team productivity
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and additional regional languages as an advantage
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and implement improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally to improve end-to-end sales outcomes
