We are looking for Java Developers to join public sector modernization and development projects. The role involves building and maintaining services, contributing to digitalization initiatives, and supporting the creation of reliable and efficient software solutions. Detailed project scope will be shared during interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based services and applications
Implement REST APIs for system integrations
Work with Oracle or other relational databases for data storage and queries
Write clean, maintainable, and test-covered code
Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with Java
Strong knowledge of REST API development
Experience with Oracle or other relational databases
Ability to write clean, testable code
Fluent Lithuanian

Nice to Have:

Experience in the public sector or governmental projects
Familiarity with modern development tools, CI/CD, or agile methodologies
