Client specific roles and responsibilities: Checking timesheets for accuracy Entering data into databases and spreadsheets Handling direct deposit requests and data Process Weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for all US employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee payroll records. Handle and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports. Coordinate with Onshore coordinators and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data. Assist in audits and provide records as required. At least 6 months experience in Payroll/Timekeeping BPO experience is a PLUS Proficiency in using MS Tools With Payroll software proficiency (ADP, Quickbook and Stafferlink) Must be detail oriented Good verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shifts.
