MISSION:\n\nWe are looking for a “Finance Manager” who acts as a trusted advisor to the business by translating financial data into meaningful insights and partnering with stakeholders across organization to drive business performance; while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accounting and internal governance requirements\n\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n* Lead FP&A for Coface Singapore Branch by providing financial insights to guide/influence decisions making, steering business performance, and ensuring alignment with business priorities\n* Provide regular business update - month-end actual result and estimate vs. budget update, including update any risks & opportunities to Regional CFO and Country Manager\n * Play key role in financial planning for responsible entities by preparing & managing budgets, forecasts, analyzing trends, and preparing investment analysis\n * Lead analysis of actual financial results\n * Be a sparring partner with non-finance stakeholders to understand business Risk & Opportunities and its financial implication, and escalate to right channel on timely manner\n* Lead, coach & guide team members to ensure timely deliverable of operational tasks i.e.,\n * Regulatory requirement submission\n * Month-end closing\n * Audit & tax requirement\n * Group reporting both actual and budget/forecast\n * Payment approval\n * Procurement\n* Be a change agent - Champion operational excellence by continuously driving process simplification & efficiency with close collaboration with Shared Service Center (Bangalore)\n* Be a role model – Adhere to Coface’s core value Client focus; Expertise; Courage & accountability; Collaboration\n* Live ONE SEA & INDIA finance team vision – support & strongly collaborate with other finance team members across SEA & India; and drive positive team engagement
