Your focus: Creating structure in complex business and IT landscapes to deliver insights for business and IT (helicopter views)  Supporting business leaders in making strategic decisions  Delivering roadmaps for enterprise changes (involving organization, people, processes, systems aspects)  Prioritizing IT investments in line with strategy and vision of business  Defining clear objectives and boundaries on projects and programs to make sure they are in line with the organization’s overall strategy  Defining enterprise policies and standards, installing governance processes to guard them
