☎️ Our B2B team

Our B2B Team drives the value Joko delivers to users by growing and managing merchant partnerships across three business lines: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.

You'll be part of the Card-Linked (CL) squad — the team behind one of Joko’s most innovative products. CLO turns everyday bank card payments into instant rewards by partnering with top-tier retailers across fashion, home, food, beauty, and more.

Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy! We work in tight collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to create high-impact, data-driven offers. We are a small but unstoppable squad that manages millions of euros in contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie. We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast!

🎯 What you will do

As a Business Associate Intern, you will have a front-row seat to how Joko grows strategic B2B partnerships with leading retail brands. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of partners, with a clear objective: driving revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the crossroads of business strategy, sales and data — perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real difference.

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales

    • Create a strong and direct relationship with the clients you are in charge of. You will lead client day-to-day relationships, secure regular touch-points, and drive & measure client satisfaction.

    • Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to increase Joko’s turnover by upselling and cross-selling your partners.

  • Data

    • Analyze customer data (e.g. banking, geolocation, and browsing) to identify behavioral trends and value opportunities.

    • Build a clear vision of the trends in your clients’ markets thanks to payment data-based analyses. You’ll use this knowledge to perfectly tailor proposed offers and communications**.**

  • Business strategy

    • Design and improve processes to scale campaign launches and partner success.

    • Work cross-functionally with Product, and Data to improve the whole Joko experience.

    • Contribute to strategic projects, from user segmentation to incrementality studies.

By the end of your internship, you will have touched all key levers of a fast-scaling B2B business — and if it's a match, you'll be offered a full-time role (CDI) to keep growing with us!
